The official weigh-in event for UFC 169: « Barao vs. Faber 2 » takes place tonight (Feb. 1, 2013) LIVE from the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.

As usual, MMAmania.com will provide both a live video stream and complete UFC 169 weigh-in results below, as well as detailed recap of the festivities just as soon as they conclude. The first fighter is expected to tip the scale at 4 p.m. ET.

UFC 169, the company’s first pay-per-view (PPV) show of its 2014 combat sports campaign, will feature a re-worked Bantamweight main event rematch between reigning 135-pound kingpin, Renan Barao, taking on former World Extreme Cagefighting (WEC) champion, Urijah Faber, with Dominick Cruz forced to vacate his belt because of another injury.

Featherweight champion, Jose Aldo, will also be featured atop the bill, defending his 145-pound strap against top division contender, Ricardo Lamas, in the co-main event of the evening. In other PPV main card action, Alistair Overeem and Frank Mir will collide in a « do or die »-type Heavyweight match, while John Lineker and Ali Bagautinov will look to become the next in line for Flyweight leader, Demetrious Johnson.
