NORFOLK, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) — Police are looking for the person responsible for abusing a dog, recording it and then posting the video online.
Norfolk police executed a search warrant Tuesday at a Grove Street home to seize a Jack Russell Terrier named Charlie. In a video posted online, Charlie was hog tied with electrical tape and hit with an object. There also appeared to be marijuana smoke being blown in the dog’s face.
The investigation remains ongoing and may result in cruelty to animal charges. The names of the suspects are not being released due to their ages.
Charlie is now in the care of the Town Of Norfolk. Anyone with information is asked to call 508-528-3232.
